1. The status quo of foreign aspheric parts processing technology
Internationally, optical processing has developed to the fifth-generation numerical control processing technology, which has achieved high precision, high speed, efficiency and specialization. It has been able to complete the processing of high-precision aspherical parts. Among them, the German optical processing technology is more prominent.
Their CNC machining technology not only covers milling, shaping and polishing of various surface types from planes, prisms, spherical surfaces to aspheric surfaces, as well as supporting high-precision detection technologies. The processing size and detection range are from Φ1 to 800mm. It is particularly prominent in the processing of aspherical surfaces, and the processing of high-precision aspherical surfaces can be easily completed by using advanced craftsmanship. Some aspheric processing methods use the outer edge of the grinding wheel to point-contact milling, and some use elastic film polishing and then a small grinding head to correct the polishing method; the workpiece clamping methods include hydraulic pressure, vacuum adsorption and other methods.
2. The status quo of my country's aspherical parts processing technology
The research on processing technology in my country began in the early 1980s, and there is a gap of more than 20 years with foreign countries. After years of development in the processing technology of optical parts in my country’s military optoelectronic enterprises, aspheric numerical control processing technology has also developed greatly in recent years, especially the aerospace system should introduce some advanced technology and equipment, and some enterprises’ technology The level has been greatly improved, but the optical processing of the photoelectric enterprises in the weapon industry generally still uses the traditional technology. Most of the processing of aspheric surfaces is manual grinding, which is extremely inefficient, and the manual repair process is also prone to errors and poor reliability. Optical glass lens compression molding also only stays at the blank stage. With the increasing demand for large-caliber, high-precision aspheric mirrors in modern weapons and equipment, the improvement of aspheric processing technology is imminent. However, due to the high price of imported aspherical CNC machining equipment, most companies only have a small amount of equipment, which can only solve the aspherical surface processing of existing high-quality products. It is difficult to form batches and propose new processes on this basis.
